I usually
personally discuss the details of an order with a
client in the True Handmade workshop located in the
Powiśle district of Warsaw. However, it is possible
to place an order by mail or phone or in a location
chosen by the client. After all the details have been agreed upon – the intended use of the shoes, their design, materials they are to be made of, workmanship methods to be employed – after the measurements have been taken and the advance payment has been made, I set the date when the client can collect a ready for use pair of shoes.
